the location was close to the guggenheim museum , which was convenient.
i was disappointed that the alarm went off in the middle of the night , it was very loud. the sirens are inside the room , it was really shocking. i think they need to adjust the alarm to be within a reasonable range.

The breakfast was quite good I suppose and the hotel crew seemed capable enough.
This four-star hotel lacks a gym somehow so I did not get my daily workout. My electronic keys existed only within some proprietary app it seems.

Excellent Location and Modern Design

The hotel is near the Guggenheim Museum. I found the onsite parking convenient, especially after learning to use the car elevator. The breakfast offered a good selection of items, that was a great way to start the day.

The hotel features modern installations. On-site parking is available , great for easy access and secure storage of vehicles throughout their stay, which gave me peace of mind. The hotel also provided easy access to the tram.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Their service was excellent and enhanced my experience. The team ensured all requests were handled quickly, so my visit was pleasant.

My room featured river views. The beds are comfortable. The room had thoroughly modern decoration, this was perfectly in keeping with the nearby Guggenheim. I found the room very clean.
